This shipping policy applies exclusively to products within our DIY Section.

Shipping Options & Costs:

• Free UK Tracked Shipping: We are pleased to offer free tracked shipping on all DIY Section orders within the United Kingdom.
• Local Collection: Customers residing within a reasonable distance of our workshop are welcome to collect their orders in person. Please select the “Local Collection” option at checkout. We will contact you to arrange a suitable collection time once your order is ready.

Shipping Times:

• For all UK tracked shipping orders, we aim for a delivery timeframe of 1-3 business days from dispatch. Please note that this is an estimate and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as carrier issues or adverse weather conditions.

Order Processing:

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays.
