3. Refunds: Acorn to Oak Framing does not typically offer refunds. However, in exceptional cases, a partial refund equivalent to the deposit amount may be considered at the discretion of Acorn to Oak Framing. This decision will be made on a case-by-case basis and is subject to review by our team.
4. Cancellation: In the event of project cancellation, any deposit paid may be forfeited. Acorn to Oak Framing reserves the right to charge for any work completed up to the point of cancellation.
5. Materials: All materials used in our projects are of high quality and sourced responsibly. Any specific material requests must be communicated and agreed upon in writing before the commencement of the project.
6. Liability: Acorn to Oak Framing is not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
7. Intellectual Property: All designs, drawings, and plans created by Acorn to Oak Framing remain the intellectual property of Acorn to Oak Framing unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
9. Changes to Terms: Acorn to Oak Framing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.
