  • If you chose a 45-degree structure with usable roof space, the structure would require 8" posts.

FrameS

There are different Frame options depending on your needs, all are made from the same quality timber.

Oak Frontage

Oak Frontage includes oak posts, top plate & curved braces to the front elevation of your frame.

Full oak frontage

A full oak option is where all the posts, curved braces & plates on your frame are in oak.

PLANED

Rough-sawn Oak is the raw, rough-textured wood direct from the sawmill that we offer as our standard finish, with no extra cost. While Planed Oak has been machined to create a smooth, uniform surface.

STADDLE STONES

Our Granite and Sandstone Staddle Stones are used to elevate structures. This raised foundation helps to prevent dampness and water damage, as well as deterring vermin like rats and mice.

LOG STORE

Freestanding log stores include 150×150 oak posts, top plate, 2x curved braces & 6×2 softwood roof rafters to be cut & pitched on site. Integrated log stores include the above along with softwood studwork & cladding that matches your frame to enclose the store.

upgrade to upstand

If you are looking for increased useable space in the roof of your frame this is the way to do it. Roof pitch can also be amended if raised eaves are included in the design of your frame. This option includes taller front & rear posts, steel brackets, threaded bar & bolts to tie the posts & beams together.
